Lake: Pipestone Lake

Dates: 8/4 - 8/11/2012

Group Name: Graber

Guest Comments:This has been my third time at Pipestone and it gets better every time.  I brought my 98 year old dad in June and my wife in August.  Lucas and Nicole have made this cabin the best experience possible.  They have furnished it with a kitchen that literally has everything you could possibly want.  This year it was really nice to have a wood walk way from the cabin to the dock and to the shower house as well.  The outlet at the dock made it nice to charge your batteries and use an electric knife for filleting fish.

The fishing was great especially if you are after the bigger walleyes.  Lucas marked the map where to fish and we used leeches by his recommendation and did excellent.  We caught more fish over the 18 inch than under.  I caught a 27 ½" and a 26", plus a number of walleye over 20 inches.  We just love it there and Lucas and Nicole keeps it mowed and maintained so nice.  We plan to come back again next year.  The problem is who in the family gets to go!
