Our remote fly in outpost cabin on Kinewan Lake is located on the highly productive Entwine River system and is often referred to as a walleye factory. This stained water lake is about 4 miles long and 11/2 miles wide with lots of bays and islands. The lake has fast water entering and leaving the lake making it a constant producer all season. There are also neck down areas where the fish congregate.
The lake offers fantastic walleye, trophy northern pike, and smallmouth bass fishing. Kinewan offers countless eater sized walleye with a high numbers of 18-25" fish, and larger fish being caught. The larger walleye top out in the 30" range and are true Canadian trophies. The walleye fishing is second to none. With all the points, reefs, and fast water, finding your walleye hot spot is easy. This is truly a walleye fisherman's paradise!
The lake offers excellent pike fishing in the weedy bays and current areas. The pike on Kinewan are in great numbers and size. Most fish caught are in the 5-7# range with pike over 40" being caught on a regular basis. Many trophy pike are caught while fishing for walleye on the weed lines. If the great walleye and trophy pike fishing is not enough, enjoy catching countless smallmouth bass.
The bass are just about everywhere. The smallmouth average 3# with many larger ones being caught. Some of the biggest smallmouth caught each season are pushing over the 5# mark. They are found on the rocky shorelines, boulder piles, reefs, and in the current areas. Kinewan is a multi species fishing paradise with great trophy potential. Deposits used can not exceed the number of guests in the group and are non refundable and non transferrable. All cabins have a minimum size group requirement, if your party size does not meet the minimum group size, your group will still be responsible to pay for the minimum required group.

You're not likely to spend a lot of time inside when you're at one of our fly-in outpost cabins, but it's nice to know that when you do, the facilities are clean and comfortable. The Kinewan Lake outpost cabin is equipped with a Honda generator, electric fridge, chest freezer, microwave, LED lighting, all pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, large propane BBQ, 2 fish cookers, toaster, coffee maker, box fans, additional outlets to charge electronics, hot and cold running water, and shower. The cabin also features a huge 10x24 screened in porch, large screened in gazebo, and covered BBQ cooking station. The fish cleaning shed is equipped with electricity and running water.
